Patco has three models of weld flux chisel and needle scalers. Patco scalers are made in the USA with high-quality hardened components. These tools are excellent for removing weld spatter, rust, cement and other debris from a variety of surfaces.
Patco riveters and air hammers offer the power and control needed to uniformly drive rivets used in aircraft and other assembly operations. This versatile tool can also be used for chipping, scraping, driving and peening applications. Manufactured using hardened steel piston and cylinder for maximum durability, these tools come in a range of barrel bore and stoke lengths and have a precision valve designed for slow heavy blows necessary to drive and hammer.
456 Series

456-L
Patco 456-L scalers handle a variety of different applications including knocking sand and ceramic from castings, removing weld splatter, removing paint, and removing gaskets. The tool is an aggressive heavy-duty scaler with parts that are interchangeable with the CP-0456 model tools.
456-LN
Patco 456-LN scalers offer the same aggressive heavy-duty capabilities as the 456-L, but come equipped with a 5” or 7” needle attachment. The 456-LN has a removable needle attachment, which allows the tool to be reverted back to a chisel scaler. 5” or 7” hardened alloy needles are standard.
456-BL
Patco 456-BL scalers offer the same aggressive heavy-duty capabilities as the 456-L, but come equipped with a uniquely designed backhead which allows the operator to pull back on the lever and blow the work surface clear of debris.
