Patco has three models of weld flux chisel and needle scalers. Patco scalers are made in the USA with high-quality hardened components. These tools are excellent for removing weld spatter, rust, cement and other debris from a variety of surfaces.
Patco riveters and air hammers offer the power and control needed to uniformly drive rivets used in aircraft and other assembly operations. This versatile tool can also be used for chipping, scraping, driving and peening applications. Manufactured using hardened steel piston and cylinder for maximum durability, these tools come in a range of barrel bore and stoke lengths and have a precision valve designed for slow heavy blows necessary to drive and hammer.
P1-B Series

P1-B-L
Patco P1-B-L is a heavy-duty scaler used for removing weld splatter, rust, paint, and other debris from various surfaces in hard to reach places. This scaler comes equipped with a replaceable tool nose and is available with a needle attachment (see P1-B-LN). The P1-B-L is used in a variety of fields including construction, fabrication, and refineries.
P1-B-LN
Patco P1-B-LN scalers offer the same capabilities and durability as the P1-B-L, but come equipped with a needle attachment. The P1-B-LN has a round tube end and removable needle attachment that comes with 5" hardened alloy needles, but 7" needles are also available. The P1-B-LN is used in a variety of fields including construction, fabrication, and refineries.
P1-B-P
Patco P1-B-P scalers offer the same capabilities and durability as the P1-B-L, but come equipped with a push-to-start handle, excellent for use in vertical positions and hard to reach areas. The P1-B-P push throttle scaler is used in a variety of fields including construction, fabrication, and refineries.
P1-B-PN
Patco P1-B-PN scalers offer the same capabilities and durability as the P1-B-P, but come equipped with a 5" or 7" needle attachment. The P1-B-PN has a round tube end and removable needle attachment, which allows the tool to be used as a P1-B-P chisel scaler. 5" or 7" hardened alloy needles are standard. The P1-B-PN is used in a variety of fields including construction, fabrication, and refineries.
